As a new mom post-emergency-c-section, I found solace in reclaiming my identity by incorporating activities I love, all while cherishing precious moments with my baby.
Reflecting on the past few postpartum months, I've learned valuable lessons.
1. Find Gratitude: Finding gratitude in both sweet and challenging moments deepens the appreciation for this transformative chapter, fostering a strong bond with my little one. Celebrating both our growth becomes a daily ritual, as we navigate through tiny milestones and discoveries about ourselves and each other.
2. Embracing the Post-Partum Journey involves acknowledging the need for physical and emotional healing. Gentle exercises like walking and stretching have been my starting point, gradually building strength and stamina.
